Heart/Mind loop is the energy that runs from the heart, up the back of the spine, through the throat chakra, up to 3rd eye, and then to crown — and then back down to heart in a continuous loop. Some people just practice running the energy from the heart to the crown, then back down to the heart, skipping the other chakras. Regardless of how you do it — this is a powerful momentum of energy that can be used for self healing, raising power, etc. Thank you for asking!
