This year I worked at a Spirit Halloween store and it was a fantastic experience! If you were local, perhaps you saw me sailing through the store with my Witch puppet (Marmalade) in my hand and my BIG, wiggly spider on my back! Today is Halloween and I think it is most fitting to show you what the Spirit Halloween store does for sick children. In our area, they work with Hershey Medical. Last year, Spirit Halloween was able to purchase a service dog with your 100% donations and this year they hope to add another dog. In early October, Spirit Halloween also hosted a party for the children and gave out costumes and other goodies. Today, Spirit Halloween is offering a 20% coupon on all sales, and tomorrow and the following day (November 1 and 2) all items are 50% off. If you shop at Spirit Halloween this year, please round up your total to the next dollar, or donate a buck, or even better — give a little more if you can. This is absolutely a worthy cause.
