Your Challenge Today! Bring joy to as many folks as possible in your circumstances. Practice gratitude by taking a bit of “joy time” for yourself. Listen to favorite music, do a little deep breathing, connect with nature! When you release joy and gratitude emotions/energies the world around you vibrates at a sacred level, clearing out negativity and attracting good fortune and positivity. I found something super special this morning in the woods that I’ll share with you tomorrow! All because I took the time to do a little “gratitude communing” with the world around me. Don’t be shy! Share your experiences! Can I bribe you with 10 gold stars? Okay… 15.
oh! There’s a second part. I forgot to tell you. Imagine your aura is a Yule Tree. Close your eyes and think LOTS of good thoughts. Each thought is a light on your aura tree. When you are finished — Draw your tree! Hang it where you can see it. Burn it on New Year’s Eve with joy and gratitude!
Summary
Practice the Morning Ritual – earn one gold star.
2. Mark what you accomplished on your Great Release Calendar – earn one gold star.
3. For the first week, recite your main goal 9 times each day. – earn 1 gold star.
4. Break up this week’s mini-goal into manageable tasks. Do one thing toward this week’s goal — earn two gold stars.
5. Practice the Rattle Bath – 10 Gold stars — Doesn’t take long and you’ll feel great!
6. Today’s Challenge: Release Joy and Gratitude in the world around you as much as possible. Decorate your aura like a Yule tree with lots of love, joy, and good thoughts! DRAW your aura after you have released the energy. Hang your picture where you can see it. Don’t want to draw? Take a picture of a tree and write good stuff on the photo. 15 Gold Stars!!! Ou-wee-baby!
9. Most important! Throw one thing away. (No giveaway this week, we’ll do that next week. This week we toss, toss, toss).

Today is day 4. I cleaned out cabinets and using up old fabric for a quilt.

I was feeling so despondent because my flights to visit my children – who I haven’t seen for 3 years – had been cancelled.
And then this popped up in my inbox.
I’m enjoying it immensely, and my Beboodle is too.
When I do the rattle bath, I really feel my chakra points light up!

I am so sorry about those flights. When that sort of things happens I truly there is a reason, sometimes one of safety, but other times because someone involved needs to be a the right place at the right time, and those flights would not support that.
Today is Sunday. I light candles, clean up and sort my thoughts. Do the Morning Ritual, Rattle Bath and breath, relax, be thankful. Pray for all to be good.

I am happy to report that one of my weekly goals was to bake some “Breakfast” oatmeal cookies for my soon to be 96 year old mother. I did them yesterday and they are delicious! I will give them to her tomorrow when I take her to get her flu shot. I am grateful for the opportunity and the ability to be able to give some cheerful energy to her!

This is my favorite time of year, thank you for doing this! I am in a new place, so I didn’t have a rattle handy, but I found a shamanic rattle bath on YouTube and it totally did the trick! I also drew my aura tree and sent a picture to my partner… which made him super happy too. Growing our tree of love and abundance. Oh and lots of laughs!! Namaste Silver!

Well we got the curtains hung in my daughter’s room and put the Christmas lights out in the front windows (walks away to turn on said lights) then onto laundry and boxes! Boxes of clothes some haven’t been worn since my adult children were children. Craft for the future make a memory quilt with event t-shirts. These will be laundered and packed in plastic totes in the next few months while preparing for my move. Right now packing the “important stuff” to be moved at the end of the month.

Yes I was doing great this time last month. My daughter gets to actually go to work today. So glad we dug out the car yesterday so we didn’t have to do it this morning. All the art I did this month got packed and moved in to storage (and all my art supplies). I’ll make do with printer paper and ink pen. Not as pretty but it works.
I have a ceramic bowl with a wild hen drawn on it, the bowl is white and the hen is grey with black dots on her feathers and when I stare I see her aura and she starts moving her neck and head just like a living hen. Do You know that roosters have many in common with Dragons? They are furious and brave, they chase the shadows at the darkest hours and herald the new day when the Sun is born again…some belief that roosters call the Sun to appear, they are Guardians of homes against evil spirits. Roosters correspond with Fire and Sun and …the Rainbow…that is simply GREAT if I can describe GREAT with “‘simply”‘ 🙂 and makes me thing about Blitzy Birds ❤ ❤

A day late is better than never. Hehe I really enjoyed meditating and drawing my Yule Tree. I was able to do so by a lake.. I’ve placed it on my cabinet above my coffee maker. This way I can read the words everyday. I’m currently living in a Fifth Wheel and there’s a lot of juggling of things. However I’ve been thinking of solutions to some of our organization issues. My closet is close to being done!

I went shopping for Aaron’s gifts for Sankt Nikolaus Day. The absolute joy it brought me to find items that would bring him joy, felt great. Even when I was road raging while driving back to the Army Navy store to grab an item I forgot to purchase earlier that day. Lol! Shouldn’t have waited until 5:15pm, when the store closes at 6pm. *facepalm*
