Day 21 – Great Release Program

Sun has moved into Aquarius – bringing a flow of curiosity, imagination, clarity, charm, new trends, research in amazing directions, divination, astrology, and dream interpretation.
Moon is void most of the day then moves into steady, sturdy, Capricorn.
Take advantage of that Dark Moon Energy!  Banish!  Banish!  Banish!

Today’s Challenge!  Make an Accomplishment Journal to keep track of what you release and what you accomplish for the next ten days.  I made the journal pictured above with a composition book from the dollar store and torn/cut decorative papers.  Bullet entries are all you need.  You don’t have to wax poetic.  Earn 20 stars for making the journal.  Earn 5 stars each day you mark something in the journal.

I used this type of record several years ago when my Dad was sick.  I knew that even though my routine was almost the same every day, it was important for me to acknowledge my small accomplishments.  Just writing helped me to release frustration.  Long after my father passed away, I found myself delighting in decorating a new journal each year, and continuing to write bullet entries.  Sometimes I would make a new journal when my life turned in a different direction, and I wanted something fresh and innovative.  I found that noting the things I did every day, even if the general populace of the world would deem these tasks insignificant, (wash dishes, laundry, grocery shopping), made a difference to me.  Sometimes I would add pictures — I have a snap of my granddaughter and me when she was only four, planting peas in a bitterly cold March.  On occasion, I would add a card that someone gave me, a bit of ribbon, a slip of paper from a fortune cookie…what goes in this journal is for you.  Most importantly, the entries concentrate on accomplishment and important dates.  As you acknowledge the positivity of your actions, you release fears, doubts, and anxiety, so that each day is a brighter day than the one before.

Remember, to keep up with the program, all ya gotta do is throw or give one thing away today!

  2. Day 7 of my goal and wow – just wow! The progress I’ve been making since I took my husband’s measure with the red thread, burned and rattled the negativity away is R-E-M-A-R-K-A-B-L-E!!! The problem hopped out of the box and resolution is at hand!

    I thought I had some White Lightening in the house, but I couldn’t find it, so I made a solution of vodka and a banishing powder that has a cayenne pepper base. I have been feeding my warrior three drops of this empowerment solution each day. The fun and funny thing about this project is, ordinarily my husband would try to hide any activity like this from others, so as not to appear weird or offend the sensibilities of others, but because the people that are staying with us believe and practice in the metaphysical ares of life they grasped the idea of the Warrior 100% and now they are helping me to remember to ‘feed’ her and everyone is focusing on getting rid of harmful negative influences in and around our Florida home and life by silently communicating them to the poppet. This is just great! Everyone is on board including Hubby!

    Thank you for your program. I follow you a few years and I like the way you write and make dolls and more.

    I live in The Netherlands (my English writing is maybe not good, sorry) and I see your program every evening. In the morning I don’t have much time, because I work. And my animals need their clean “house: and food.

    I don’t earn a lot of golden stars, but I have cleaned my kitchen. (very) old food and herbs I give back to the earth with a small ritual. Now I want to clean the rest of my house. I’am a creative woman, I collect almost everything because you can make something with it. But my fabric is in plastic boxes color by color. The beads, my pencils, yarn and all the other things are like the rainbow, started with white and end with black.

    Do you have a kind of list what you can do in a week or month? I mean: when the moon is full and in gemini you can do ??? I know the moonfases and what to do, but in your program it is so much easyer to see what you can do. The only thing is that my day is almost over when I read it. I hope you understand my question. I’am not a atrologier. I’am a herborist, working with animals, singing bowls, mandala and making everything with fabric and I learn something new almost every day.. And I’am a witch as long as I can remember, but I know what it was when I was 45. 18 years ago there was not so much to read about witches. Then I found a book: modern witches and it was if I came home.

    I hope you write more on your blog so I can read it and learn more.

  4. My father lived with me the last few years of his life. The last few months of his life were brutal, he suffered so. He passed a couple of years ago, but whenever I think of him, it is not of the good, but of his suffering. Any suggestions on how to release this… sorrow?

    1. I did a complete cleansing ritual and let myself scream, yell, cry…etc. Then I set up a sacred area just for him when I was emotionally ready. I also used EFT — Emotional Freedom Technique to let go of the bad memories — I have an ap on my phone — The Tapping Solution by Ortner you can also visit — I even use it for magick, as well.

  5. I have a journal that is similar. It’s my mood journal to track where my moods are, sleep, and exercise. I also started putting 3 things I was grateful for and 1 accomplishment. As someone living with Bipolar it’s important to have an idea of how your moods are so you can adjust accordingly. I haven’t used that journal in a long time. I will put it on my night stand! I love the idea of adding little things inside.

  6. so, I have not been around much for the last 7 days. Doing my morning ritual, since I do this anyways for the last 2 or so years :). BUT, my “throw at least one thing away” did a landslide. I decided to switch rooms around, as my “end goal” is to get organized and get my webinars started by February. In order to do this, I need ONE SPOT n the house that is mine. That is clean, serene, and just mine. Hard to find in a 850sq/ft house with 2 adults, 2 grown kids, a large dog, and whole butt load of STUFF. I decided to move my son out of the room he shares (we split one large room in two) with my daughter (who is off at college) into the room he had take over with computer and car stuff. In order to do that in such a small house, things need to go. Lots of things. I have 10 large feed bags of junk for the dump, have donated 4 large moving boxes of books, two large boxes of clothes, and given away a bunch of free stuff on Nextdoor. Every day it becomes easier to let go. Tomorrow I should be done and moved in :).
    I really wanted to start the journal today when I read it. With all this sorting I also have a huge pile of homeschooling stuff to give away, lots of composition books in there. So I just grabbed one, and low and behold, it has 3 pages of an old business plan I came up with years ago htat includes exactly what I am getting ready to launch! And some great points/deas I totally forgot about. Thank goodness I did not take that away today! This is going to be my journal book. Thank you, Silver!

  7. Even though today is one of my long work days I got my weekly goal finished and I was able to make my accomplishments journal! Woot woot! I haven’t journaled in a very long time but it felt good to write down every thing i accomplished and released today.
    The past 2 days of been a whirlwind of accomplishments. Got our warrior puppet done, which was a blast making. I honestly got a little stuck with that one, I wasnt sure how I was going to make him but I knew that it was important that I did. Inspiration struck and I was able to craft him out of tissue paper stitched together. Incredibly, it worked and he turned out great! I’ve also been cleaning and purging and magick making and goal crushing. The family sock boxes are giving me quit the time but they are almost sorted. Did I mention I loath putting matches of socks together? I really truly do…. I think I am going to make a little sock poppet to help me fight the on going battle I have with socks. The mess monster is trying to raise its ugly head again but I am armed for battle and taking it down every day.

  8. I have purchased many journals. I am becoming a journal hoarder! I never use them because I type things and hardly ever hand write anymore. So, I will dedicate myself to typing out some bullet points and will leave my poor storage wardrobe alone lol. Instead, today I put my herbs in a new box and put them in alphabetical order. Done!
