2015 Great Release Program
Day 23- December 23 2015
by Silver RavenWolf

Every day you must throw or give something away!

Wednesday
Second Quarter Moon in Gemini (Building! and Adjustments!)
Ideal Planetary Hour for Magick —

Mercury Hour for Gemini Energy
Mercury Hour for the Ruler of the Day

This Week’s Theme:  I Celebrate!

The Foundation —  Begin your day with the Braucherei Morning cleansing and empowerment exercise (please view first post of the program ).

This Week’s Theme — Celebration of Self!

This week’s theme is Celebration of the Self!  Each day you will say aloud five things that are good about yourself.  That’s it.  That is all you have to do — oh, and then…smile.

Continue to use the Five Rays of Joy exercise given on On Day 12 .

If you like, continue to use the Peace Prayer in your daily activities (located in Day 2 of the program) and and Peace in the Moment visualization.  When you have finished with this week’s theme exercise, move on to today’s fun activities!

Silver’s Notes:  Only 8 More Days! – Sugar Blessing Bag

Today is sugar day and we are going to do something very unusual.  We are going to fill a small bag (that doesn’t leak) with blessed sugar and add one pinch of salt.  How you bless it is up to you.  You can use a technique I’ve already talked about in the program — or another way of empowerment.  This bag is going to travel with you through the rest of the program when you leave the house– however, the sugar isn’t for you.  It is for others.  Where ever you go, take the bag with you and sprinkle a little of the sugar in an effort to bless strangers.

Throw the sugar around!!!  I’m sure someone needs it!

At the end of the program, I’d like you to think about how you felt spreading that sugar around…and…any unusual experiences you had while sprinkling the granules or as a result of sharing the sugar!

Today’s Magickal Challenge

oilbottle

Today’s Magickal Challenge is my Granny’s Brown Sugar Magickal Oil recipe.  This blend is a dynamite attraction formula.  Here are the ingredients:

One dark glass jar or bottle
1/4 cup of Virgin Olive Oil Light (or Jojoba carrier)
1/8th teaspoon of Brown Sugar
1 Vanilla bean broken to fit in the bottle
1 drop of cinnamon essential oil
1 drop of ginger essential oil
1 drop of bergamot essential oil
1 drop of sweet tangerine essential oil
10 drops of Vanilla Fragrance or add Maple Syrup (Optional)

Bless and place all ingredients in bottle.  Cap tightly.  Shake several times to mix thoroughly.  Store in a dark place for 5 to 9 days, shaking the bottle twice a day.  Strain on the 10th day to remove vanilla bean.  Refrigerate for longer lasting oil.  Do not ingest.  Use to dress candles, poppets, in potpourri etc., to draw the sweetness of life to you.

You may not have all the ingredients on hand; but, that’s okay.  Save the formula for when you can make it, or plan to blend it on the 25th of December when the Moon is Full in Cancer.

The Second Challenge today is studying the Peorth/Perth.

peorth

With the Brown Sugar oil you will make — try dressing a petition using Peorth as the root of the magick, repeating the name of the rune 9 times.  How did you feel as you were intoning the rune?

Your Third Magickal Challenge today is to put a little bit of sugar in a paper packet and secure tightly.  What you use to make the packet is up to you, I use brown paper and string.  Write the word “Joy” on each packet.  Empower all four packets for “Joy” for yourself and your family.  At dawn tomorrow morning, put one packet at each of the four corners of your house outside.  If you can, bury the packet in the ground.  If the ground is too hard?  Put it under a flower pot or heavy stone.

Today’s Physical Challenge

You Choose.  Put your efforts where they are most needed today.  Many of you will be celebrating Christmas this weekend and then on to New Year’s the following weekend. I’m sure you have plenty to keep you busy!

Today’s Summary

Practice the Peace in the Moment Exercise.

Repeat the Peace Prayer, Star Throw Blessing, and Peace in the Moment exercises if you like.

Practice your personal Five Rays of Joy wake-up program.

Empower your Bag of Sugar Blessings

Make my Brown Sugar Magickal Oil

Study the Peorth/Perth Rune and use it

Physical Challenge — You Choose!

Throw out or give one thing away (most important task)

Don’t forget to add the coins to your Joy Jar!

Peace with the Gods
Peace with Nature
Peace Within

Sleep Well and see you tomorrow!

  1. Is it possible to substitute orange essential oil in place of sweet tangerine? Many blessing! This program is wonderful!

  2. I am going to have to look for a good bag for my sugar! I love the idea of this, can’t wait to try it.

Pertho seems to be associated with fate to a lot of people. I think that there may be intersections in our lives: key moments that we are destined to have. However, how those play out, how we get to them, and even the exact details of the events, I think these things are all up to us. The shape of pertho is often viewed as a dice cup, but I also see a cauldron in it. I think there is a lot of association between the cauldron, fate or destiny and divination. I definitely think there is a lot of value in looking for signs, in looking inward and in trying to get insight into what is to come. The value, for me, comes in being able to look at all my options, and really see what might be best for me, not just what I think is best in the spur of the moment.

  3. On the sweet note, everyone has been driving like idiots today. My last stop at the grocery store provided balance. When I returned to my car there was a small candy cane under my wiper blade. The gift tag on it said “To someone special, From Santa” A lovely treasure to add to my Joy alter. It made me smile.
