This Week’s Theme — The Empowerment of Self
On Day 12 you were given the challenge of designing a Five Rays of Joy program tailored just for you– a set of magickal steps you will use each morning as soon as you wake up. This activity is designed to boost your self esteem and magnetize the field around you with positive, uplifting energy. This week, try your best to use your Five Rays of Joy sequence first thing in the morning, and any time you are feeling depressed, stressed, frightened or unhappy. Focus on the positive. Take deep breaths, and if you run into an extremely stressful problem, run your hands under cold water while breathing deeply.
If you like, continue to use the Peace Prayer in your daily activities (located in Day 2 of the program) and and Peace in the Moment visualization. When you have finished with this week’s theme exercise, move on to today’s fun activities!
Today’s Magickal Challenge
Before you touch anything — all through the day — draw or visualize the Wynn/Wunjo Rune on every object, animal or person. How often will you remember to do it? In the evening, fashion the Wynn/Wunjo rune out of candy on your altar to draw the sweets of life to you.
Today’s Physical Challenge
Today you are half-way through the program! Whoot! I am so proud of you! Many of you have seen some major changes in your life, others have been enjoying a more stress-free way of working. By today or tomorrow, you may see a new, more empowering shift. Even if you don’t, the changes may be more subtle for you. Don’t sweat it. Keep going! Today — you have earned a reward! NO physical challenge! Relax, enjoy yourself, have a great day!

Wunjo!
As I walk through my day today and “wunjo” everything I feel like a warrior! There is a really powerful peaceful energy that I feel moving through my body. Wonderful exercise! Wunjo!!!!!! Ready for powerful positive changes!
I am so glad you liked it!!
Dear Silver, seems my husbands do this program without that I know. He had a day off, cleaned up, washed the laundry. Cooked launch for the kids. Also he bought a x-mas tree for our kids. Its very peaceful. The years before I put so much preassure that everything is clean, now I am relaxed, doing step by step. My main focus is on rituals, candle magic. Yesterday I bought holy smoke and I do wish rituals by burning them every day. And of course my Braucherei Morning ritual. Mostly I do it on the way to work, but this year I tried out something new. The water which we use in Braucherei, I put it on a candle and add some oils inside. I do not know the correct word in English, but it is a lamp where you can put water and oils inside and it burns, and the wholw room is smelling very well. Or if I do the Braucherei while driving, then I bless my coffee. Wunjo helps. And the Braucherei Morning Ritual helps. My daughter loves this. She often asks: “Can you pray this English prayer?” Thank you Dear Silver! Peace with the gods, peace with the nature, peace within. Love may guide us. Be blessed.
I absolutely love what you are doing! So empowering! So peaceful! So very much in tune with universal energies. Thank you so much for taking the time to post. Your words will bring light to many of the program’s participants!
Hi Kristina! Thank you so much for posting. I’ve never thought about using the wish water in an oil burner – but it makes so much sense! And I love the idea of blessing my coffee I take with me as I drive to work. I infuse my hubby’s hot chocolate with white light and the Algiz rune in the mornings before he’s off on the roads but I don’t do mine. I did make up a batch of Silver’s holiday aroma blessing and my hubs really enjoyed it. That made the house smell yummy. I’ll need to make up another lol!
Thank you Silver! Your posts and graphics are truly wonderful to follow along with 🙂
I need to start reading these at the start of the day….Here I am, getting to it at 4pm, and then realizing I could have been Wunjo’ing all day!
I really think that your dedication to this program is fantastic…especially knowing you are writing the activities as we go along! I get so busy at this time of year, gearing up for the holidays, sometimes it feels like I barely have time to read the day’s activity let alone follow along! Like yesterday, between painting and shopping, my day was about done.
Thank you for your very kind comment about my thoughts on runes 🙂 They are something I love, and it is always fun to talk about them! Wunjo reminds me of an article I read a while back about a word they have in Denmark: hygge. It’s sort of hard to describe, but that warm-fuzzy feeling you get when surrounded by loved ones and friends, the joy of the holidays, and an overall feeling of contentment. I read a meditation a while back about Wunjo where you were walking through a cold and snowy night, and just tired and worn out, and saw the flag flying up ahead to signal a house (the flag representing the rune), and the doors opened and the warmth of the fire, the smell of the food, and the people coming to greet you and welcome you in. Such a great energy!
I love that visualization! Also the information on hygge. That is SO very cool! I loved the way you explained it — I was right there! What a gift you have given us all today! Thank you!
