2014 Great Release Program
Day 27 – December 27  2014 — Saturday (Saturn Day)
by Silver RavenWolf

Every day you must throw or give something away!
Moon in Pisces — Element of Water

Ideal Planetary Hour for Pisces Magick — Jupiter

Note:  Moon is Void most of the Day — Moves into Aries late in the evening

Empower a red candle for motivation to catch up!

This Week’s Theme: Stillness

Think of nothing for as long as you can.  As each thought tries to pop into your mind, take a deep breath, and envision the thought turns to liquid and melts away.  Try to practice this three times a day.

In total stillness — there is great potential.

Hail and Welcome!

The moon is void most of the day, so this is a perfect day for catch-up activities, or taking care of something you put off

and put off

and put off.

Because, eventually, if you really wanted to have it done the universe will find a way to make it so in a way you simply did not anticipate!

Like my glasses.  I was due for my annual checkup in September, and I said, “I’m too busy; but, I know I need new glasses.  I’ll get there eventually.”

In October, I looked at my glasses and said, “I really ought to make that appointment; but — meh.”

In November, I dropped my glasses and when I picked them up I said to myself, “It is way past time to get a new pair of glasses; but, not right now.”

In the beginning of December, I said to no one in particular, “I should make an appointment to get new glasses before the winter weather hits.”  Since no one answered (which they wouldn’t because I was alone at the time and if they did I would have had heart failure) — I said, “maybe later”.

Yesterday, the puppy ate my glasses.  No worries, puppy is fine.  Glasses are deceased.  And, wouldn’t you know, when I called to make the appointment they are filled for the next three weeks.  Since I can’t read, or sew, or write without my glasses this was not acceptable.  I found a place that could see me right away, except of course, they don’t accept my eye plan.  The up side of this story is that the doctor I really liked from the regular place is now at THIS place — so that was cool.  The funny part?  When I walked into the office, I explained about the dog eating the glasses and that I needed the glasses to see.  The assistant nodded, and went about her business.  About ten minutes later she handed me a stack of papers and said, “Please fill these out.”  I looked at her and said, “No.”  Her eyes got so big.  “What do you mean, no?”

“Like I said, the dog ate my glasses.  I can’t see print on the forms to fill them out.”

She blinked.  “Oh.”

The moral of this story — do something today that you’ve been putting off so the universe doesn’t bring it to you in a way you don’t want.  Unless, of course, you like living on the edge and unusual stuff is okay with you — then have at it.

The second part of today’s challenge is “Catch-Up” —  Even the most organized person will find themselves in some type of disarray with the closure of the holidays.  There are decorations to clean and pack away, furniture to move (maybe) back in place.  Tasks left undone (like laundry) or deep cleaning the kitchen floor because a guest dumped soda and it ran into the corners — or maybe you shoved EVERYTHING in one room and just shut the door.  Perhaps you need to make room for a gift you received over the holidays, or you need to organize and store leftover wrapping paper…whatever!  Today is the day, when the moon is void, to take care of these minor tasks.

While you are doing your two challenges today let your subconscious mind  rumble over the Joy Altar we are going to put together tomorrow.  This is a temporary altar; however, if you desire, you can make it permanent.  This altar should include personal goals for the New Year, favorite colors or flowers, and the year “2015” written on paper or utilized in a prop of some kind.  You will also need a decorated jar or box that we will activate on New Year’s Eve.

  1. Thanks again for the work you do to make this program each day. Its fun uplifting and centers you.

  2. Dear Silver, hope your new glasses are good! So in the morning, I red your book about Angels. Then I decided to invite an Angel for cleaning. There is a space in my sleeping room, wher I store fabrics for sewing and stuff like that. And this corner has a special energy, whatever I move from there, something happens, and the stuff will be putted back to this area…. Like a magnet nothing allowed to move from there. So I asked for an Angel who wants to help me to move the fabrics. I cleaned the bathroom, and after lunch went to this area, where my fabrics are stored, started to move the fabrics. And now, the whole fabrics are in the garage. Since more then one year I tried, and only very slowly changes were to see. I cleaned it now, and put this bathsalt with roses smell on the floor. Asked to absorb the energy. Dear Silver, thank you for all your good ideas! Teachings! You do with so much Love! Thank you! Bless you & your family & all followers from your Blog. All the Best! Kristina

  3. Caught up on a few projects today. Thinking about the joy altar.
I was at the gym doing the hack squat tonight and some random guy came up to us and started to tell me how I was doing it wrong. (I have a very experienced trainer that I have worked with over a year.) I felt annoyed and angry that this guy felt the need to get up in my face lecture me. I told him i appreciate the unsolicited advice and continued on with my workout. He had the expectation that I was going to stop. Nope! Thank you but no thank you.
regardless what people’s expectations are I am perfectly fine doing things the way I want to do them. I did my research and I know what I am doing.
Partially what fried my ass is that I didn’t observe him approaching any of the men at the gym and lecturing them. The guy didn’t even acknowledge my fiance standing right there.
    Onward and upward, Jennifer

    1. Those types of situations are always of interest to me in the study of human behavior. His approach to you was all about him. There he is, not feeling like the alpha male because he is surrounded by them; so, to make himself feel better — he approaches the only woman in the gym in an effort to stroke his ego. He didn’t acknowledge your fiance because he was asserting his necessity to be the alpha male in your space, and therefore be accepted by you, which in turn raises his self-esteem — which much be REALLY low. This was all about him — not about you at all. Aren’t people interesting?

      1. Awesome perspective I am in total agreement. Yes very interesting. I typically prefer to observe from a distance not have this kind of situation in my face🙂 but it did cause me to look him square in the eye and not back down. He had creepy googly eyes. I also didn’t rely on my fiance to handle it for me. All hail!

  4. Aaww, you have a new puppy? How adorable! I’m sorry to hear he felt your glasses were a rather enjoyable snack though, lol.

I can’t believe we’re almost to the end! I feel like I’ve been doing very little, but I remember what you said about going with the flow, & that’s what I’m doing. When I came home today, I was like a whirlwind getting all of the tedious little things done that I’d been putting off. I feel much better! It’s been a very tumultuous month – good & bad – but that’s December for you. Merry Belated Yule!!🙂

    1. Yup. Go with the glow. Let your instincts point you in the direction you need to go. Let the stress roll off and do what you can do. The effort you have made is the point. 🙂

  5. I am going to be so excited when I finally get the call telling me my computer is fixed …. but giving thanks for my Kindle which has allowed me to keep up with the challenges. So, all the decorations put away. My home is back in order and laundry done. Time to relax and enjoy the rest of the night.

  6. I work in a eye clinic, and dogs destroying glasses is very common. When you get your new glasses, try to get in the habit of putting them in a case when your not wearing them. This protects them from curious pets.
