Magick Notes — The Hunter BindRune to Find a Missing or Run-Away Child

As you draw the bindrune, call out the name of each rune three to nine times. This helps to activate the energy of the rune.
Nauthiz to deepen the struggle, Tyr to turn conflict into war, Thorn to harden the frontiers. Not the best binding to get a child back into family.

Ok I know I have to draw the design and put words around it and all that. But do i need to do anything else? Like say light a candle or what? Exact instructions please?
